PhoDrama is operated by Cong Ty Cientheon Vietnam TNHH for the Vietnam audience. Creator Studio is for company-assigned, invited staff. Public viewer accounts and viewer payments never grant creator or administrator access. The registered address, registration details and contacts remain to be confirmed.
Viewer membership and payments
Staff creators do not purchase a creator subscription. Viewer Monthly and Yearly prices in VND, merchant payment instructions, tax and refund terms await confirmation. Checkout remains closed. After setup, only the new official QR and independent confirmation of the exact received funds can activate a paid viewer term. No automatic renewal is offered.
Your films and content rights
Upload only work you own or have permission to distribute, with appropriate cast and guardian releases. A film can be reviewed and published with a cover and an episode plan while its trailer or episodes remain upcoming. A separate film introduction is not mandatory. Only approved released media becomes playable, subject to viewer permissions. Material changes require re-review.
Verification and private information
The administrator saves granular account requirements: email-only, identity documents, identity with a real 60–120 second selfie, or custom supporting documents. Collect only the required evidence. Use the private form rather than support messages for sensitive files. Email-only confirmation does not establish verified legal identity. Retention, processing locations and contact details require local review before launch.
Vietnam audience guidance
P, K and T13 are draft source labels for review, not classification certificates or regulatory approval. Applicable Vietnam film, distribution, age and guardian requirements must be confirmed before catalogue access opens. The permitted content scope remains subject to owner confirmation and qualified local review.

Revenue sharing and payouts are not currently offered. No viewer or staff access includes a promised cash reward. Any future programme requires a separate decision, confirmed funding and allocation rules, eligibility, Vietnam payout methods, thresholds, tax arrangements and reviewed terms before it is enabled.
Care for younger audiences
Respect child performers, age-appropriate stories and audience wellbeing. Avoid exploitation, hateful or unlawful content, private information and harmful behavior. Age criteria and guardian processes must be confirmed before launch; content rights and classification review remain separate from platform editorial approval.
Support and privacy requests
Use Support for account, verification, film or payment questions and decision review. Profile downloads and owned personal-data/deletion requests are retained. An authorized administrator must review disclosure, lawful retention and erasure separately. Closing a support conversation does not delete an account, approve verification or confirm a payment.
